Photography Session Rental Packages

Outdoor Photography Package

$500 for 3 hours

Includes:

Use of outdoor areas only
Access to washroom facilities
Conducted during business hours (with exceptions where it does not interfere with daily operations, such as Botanica Courtyard service)
Additional Time: $150/hour

Indoor & Outdoor Photography Package

$750 for 3 hours

Includes:

Full access to both indoor and outdoor spaces
Washroom facilities
Indoor use must take place outside of business hours or on days we are closed
Additional Time: $150/hour

Custom Elevated Photography Experience

Starting at $1,200

Includes:

3 hours of indoor & outdoor photography access
A $500 spa credit
Lunch service for two in our Botanica Courtyard (available May–September, weather permitting)
Glasses of Prosecco served during the experience
Washroom access
Music ambiance and added touches available upon request

General Notes

72-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.
Booking: All photo sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Respect for Guests: Please be mindful that Cavana Ridge is an active business location; certain areas may be restricted depending on bookings.
